The Halifax Deception

An alien ship descends into a star fort in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The aliens, known as the Ah Me, claim to come in peace as they spread and colonize. Donald Robertson, a farmer from Red Deer, Alberta, sees the aliens as a plague, not advanced beings come to save mankind form themselves. Donald opposes the government’s greedy acceptance and protection of the aliens, and he is marginalized and persecuted.

The aliens promise to share their amazing technology, and start a technology school, so the world throws away all apprehension, even when the aliens execute Donald Robertson. Donald’s teenage son, Corwin, becomes the Protector of People, builds a resistance movement, learns the Ah Me’s weaknesses, and fights to rid the world of the aliens’ deception while the superpowers race to control alien weapons. Meanwhile, alien colonies expand around the world as they learn war from us.
